As a member for 5 years, I can confirm that this is a fine establishment, I have never had any issues. The only downside (if you could call it that) is it's size. For example, certain budget apps such as ynab can link to your bank account, but this place is too seemingly too small for that to be readily available. This is a minor nitpick. The app is very good in my opinion, and besides a couple of glitches over the years I can't complain. Seriously polite staff, seems like we have a couple of salty reviews.
Worse bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Ridiculous policies! Extremely rude loan department! Always wondering what you're spending YOUR OWN money on! Always locking your card for nooo reason!
I’ve used three banks first Hawaiian, USSA and SFCU, and hands down this is the best bank I’ve ever used The people are always very polite and not to mention extremely patient with client’s and there questions unlike other banks I 100% recommend this bank
