I have always received wonderful service from the staff at your Ewa Beach office. I was able to apply online, I got a call back not to long after applying and by the next morning I was signed and approved. Thank you for all you help!!
They were quick, i didnt even think I would qualify but a day later I had the check.
Called about getting a loan last Friday (March 10, 2018), went through the whole process up until the credit check, gave them my SS number so they could run it. I was then told that they couldn't go any further because their system was down for the day and to call back first thing Monday morning. I have been calling all morning, left voicemails, and still haven't gotten anyone to answer my calls, or return my calls. Now I have a new credit inquiry on my credit report and don't even know if I was approved or denied.(UPDATE) They FINALLY decided to answer my call and told me I was denied, apparently my credit is good, but my debt to income isn't. I have a mortgage in my name because my wifes credit is horrible, she pays the mortgage, but since its in my name it falls on me. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!
