This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. I had a loan through western then world took over and everything went down the drain. We went to pay our bills (my husband and I ) and a whole bunch of fees had been tacked on. They are calling us many times a day from different numbers. I never gave them my work place, but some how they’ve managed to start harassing me there as well... I do NOT suggest this place to anyone. I wish anyone that is currently working with them luck. They are extremely rude and irritating.
I recently tried for a loan the manager was trying to get me to pond my title to my car and if I didn't they wouldn't be able to help me I was told to call back at ten , ten turnt into 15 minutes I waited a hour and 15 minutes for nothing do better with your business
Keith cheek was on a power trip are something got up from desk twice talking about i don't think we need to make this loan because i tried to say the due date was on 1 was on a Sunday duh and second time told him even though i was in hospital i still made payments this will be my last loan with them do not do business here go some where else are you will regret it
