DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS!! I was with them for 3 years never was late on a payment. I came across one month where I was behind a few weeks and when I spoke with a representative they said it would be totally fine. I then paid my account up to date the next week just to see two days later they reported 2 late payments to my account when there was only one and after they had promised to keep it in house do to my lengthy business. Also the owner is a rude and arrogant with zero respect for his customers!
There ok they call you if u 1 day late which is crazy because u have five days
I seriously hate that i have to even leave one star but these people will harass you even if your not 30 days late. They will even call your job in which that's really bad and I consider that harassment. I will never ever go or recommend this company to anyone ever. Its a horrible place and the way they talk to you is the worst customer service i have ever had. I plan on paying them off I borrowed 100and have to pay back almost 300. i will be reporting them to the BBB as soon as this is paid. If you decide to go to them good luck
They Threatened court after a payment was 9 days late.They were rude and disrespectful I paid the loan off early and after borrowing 100 paid back almost 300.The owner could care less that his staff was leaving messages at the wrong number I told them to change it twice I explained to him that I would just pay it off early then.They did not appreciate my business and I will never borrow here again due to the lack of professionalism towards me. Also it was suggested that if I didn't take the insurances I wouldn't get the loan. There are so many loan companies in Winder that after 8 days they are not threatening court,. Unbelievable!
This place is a joke took them 2 business days to get back with a answer you have to call them they want call you and then wants a two-year tax return on a 1099 you are a loan company that charges out the butt fees and act like a bank i have never had no finance company ask that and overall very unprofessional
