First franklin took over my loan from insta loan. The staff awesome at first after being late on my payments due to finances everything changed. Having to call me for being late i was told it was aggravating to their associates to call me. Then calling me a list. I would never especially representing first franklin act in a manner to a customer nor to an individual. I have more respect for people. Being laughed at in front of my face and saying merry Christmas insincerly. I was raised with respect and working with the public always knew better. Yes I admit I owe money and that's a fact. But treat people how you would want to be treated. One day we may be in someone else's shoes. This is not how to represent a business. Thankyou sylvania for giving me respect and working with me.
The ladies at First Franklin in Waynesboro are absolutely the best! Being in a single income household, sometimes I need a little extra help, and I know exactly where to go when those occasions may arise. From the first time I ever walked in those doors, probably ten or so years ago, I have always been greeted with genuine smiles. They're always willing to work with customers and offer the best and easiest options for each individual circumstance. Not only have I been a customer of FFF, but I have the opportunity to work with the staff in various events throughout our local community - events they volunteer for, sponsor and support with great enthusiasm. FFF might be a corporation, but the Waynesboro branch is family. And they have a hot chocolate and coffee bar. :) I'd give you guys more stars if I could.
