I don't know where people found them to be rude, but Eugene and Yolanda were extremely helpful and nice. I had an emergency situation and they had my small loan approved and ready for me within a couple hours. I truly appreciate them. And OAN...sometimes people treat you as you treat them....just sayin' and cant blame 'em!
The woman that work there are very rude
So unprofessional!! They never called me back to tell me whether i was approved or not...a weekend goes by. I CALL THEM BACK..Eugene tells me that my loan was denied and the reason will be mailed in a letter. The letter finally comes and to find out SABRINA THE WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE..submited an INCOMPLETE app. She did all my info..i didnt even touch a pen or paper. Then they resubmit it and tells me the same thing AGAIN.. longest disappointment ever..not even to add that they made my credit score drop with the incomplete app they submitted..WORST SERVICE EVER!! Very unprofessional
