I recently had a problem with my debit card that needed to be resolved as quickly as possible. I don’t think I had to wait a minute before Lacy was taking care of the problem. Even better, was that she was really nice and friendly and that’s important.
I will never use robins financial credit union for anything again. It's been a headache for months. You're always getting extra charges $200+ for insurance coverage on vehicle when u already have coverage. It's the same excuse every time its not them but a 3rd party company they do business with. U have to wait weeks until funds are reimburse back to you. Only good thing is if u a member u get papers notarized for free
I went to open an account here and they made it a very difficult process. I've been a member of a credit union in Colorado for over 10 years (PSCU, now called Canvas) and they were always amazing to work with. Robins Financial does not give me that impression. I don't feel like they would have my back and they don't have the family/community vibe that Canvas does.
Rough looking people coming into this bank. People parking in handicap spots, who are not handicap. I never made it inside, cause what I saw on the outside scared me enough to leave
I'm about to switch banks real soon. My card expires on the 31st of this month. I called them on the 31st of july cause i moved and i told them my new address instead of them sending my new card to my new address they send it to my old address. They will never admit they messed up and they had more than enough to update my information so i can get my new card sent to my new address
