Very unprofessional 2 of the ladies where in such a rush to leave Friday they were not attentive to me, barely wanted to take an application from me due to my ID being out of state. I called 2 other branches who both stated we take ID’s from every state. When mentioned to the Branch Manager the behavior and unprofessional actions of the employees, I was met with “ I wasn’t here so i don’t know what happened” I would not recommend this branch to anyone the 2 older ladies at this branch are extremely rude and it looks to be known behavior in which the manager allows.
My experience with 1St Franklin Financial has always been a good experience. The staff are always nice and taking care of my needs over the years. I would recommend them to my family and friends.for there Financial needs anytime.
Great people, very proffesional, and very nice... ms. Diane colvin is the nicest manager i have ever experience at any loan company... she is very polite, and professional.. her staff is the best, they always greet you with a pleasant hello and a smile... the service is tremendous.. if anyone has a sitiatuation where you need a loan, ms. Diane and her staff will do everything they can to make it possible for you... i would recommend this office to anyone... if i could give them 6 stars, i would.. thank you ms. I would give zero stars but this is not an option. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Manager very passive about employee behavior.
