Friday 10/18 I tried to call about an issue called at least 8 times that morning and they had night mode on STILL..called my banker Luis Jimenez that morning left vm no return call (didnt expect one honestly bc in his vm its says "I will probably return your call if not you can have your call redirected" even though doing that still doesnt help bc phone is on night mode... and i work in service "i will probably return your call" who is your manager okay with that. Went on my lunch break ladies at the counter very nice but they dont have the ability to help with my concern so waited for Luis he had a customer so they took my name and number and said he would call. STILL NO CALL. ok weekend passes called Monday morning left Luis Jimenez 2nd vm. no call back called the branch night mode wasn't on but called 8 times just rang and rang. no answer. called Luis Jimenez 3rd time left vm 10/22 STILL NO CALL BACK. issue still present. i work in service i get things happen. but 3 VOICE MAILS. CALLING AND CALLING nobody answers phone is a little bit ridiculous. 3 days to return a call seems pretty doable to me. not happy. most likely changing banks. side note ATM IS BROKE OFTEN.

If I could give less than 1 Star I would. I have been banking here for 8 years now and it used to be way better when local people were in charge. Now it is awful! You will seriously wait to deposit money for 30 minutes or more!! Also they aren’t the nicest when you do get to the window. Other BB&T’s aren’t as bad as this one. Do better!
Customer service in Tifton, Ga is really bad. Anytime I’ve ever had a banking issue, they transfer you to voice mail and no matter how many messages you leave, they NEVER call you back. I always have to go to the bank and wait excessively long periods of time. People don’t mind waiting as much as long as you communicate with them and not purposely ignore them.
BB&T is a great bank! This branch how ever is the worst bank on earth! I once sat in drive through 28 minutes recording teller on the phone . I was the only car just setting! Same with inside, they are in no hurry to do anything! Most of the time they are short handed and when they are not they may as well be! People setting in offices doing nothing why customers wait! Ask about the safe deposit boxes , they break the master key off in the lock so they don’t have to wait on you! Yep walk right in the vault and use your key , because the master has been broken off in all the locks! The room looks like a subway in NYC! You can’t even make this stuff up! I have called corporate more than once! Cheers
