Very friendly staff! I dealt with Banjo recently, needing a notarization on a document. He was great, professional and personable. A pleasurable experience and did not have to wait.
Like horrible, they run one cashier maybe two for drive through and inside ....Good luck making a deposit do you earning your lunchtime. Don’t come here expecting a fast service and definitely don’t come here during your lunch break because either you going to make a deposit or you are going to eat. I have been a SunTrust account holder for many years (over 10 years) and their service keeps declining by years. It’s time to find another bank

Very bad service. We went in to apply for a credit loan for a car and the whole entire time the Manager of the establishment seemed to have no interest in helping us out. Instead she was constantly looking out the window. Constantly, and Constantly and Constantly. I personally do not bank here, my husband does. I bank with Bank of America and never in my life have I received this kind of service at a bank!!!!!!
