I can’t say anything other than HORRIBLE! Dealers really need to stop selling accounts to them! They are thieves and unprofessional! They charge you more than what your payment is. They come out of nowhere adding charges to your balance when you have already paid for the month! Unbelievable what this world has come to, to get ahead ! Please don’t come here or get refinanced elsewhere ASAP!!!

If I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The Better Business Bureau should shut them down they should not be in business at all. They are liars and they are automated system in any payment form does not correctly put your payment on your account they add money when they shouldn’t they say that you missed payments when you haven’t and I’m surprise that they h if I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t. Even when you show proof of payments and that you do not Have a past due balance and you show them proof they say that you’re wrong and they are right. They do not give you receipts even when you asked for them to be emailed their payment system is all messed up they charge you two different kinds of fees when you either call in or use their automated system it is just ridiculous this company should be shut down .
This company is a JOKE. I loved My car. I never missed any payments. Was happy with my purchase. THEN... My account was sold to IDA after the car dealership closed and it has been nothing but a nightmare. When they do answer calls they charge a payment processing fee which was never in my contract. If you want the convenience of paying online there's a $8 fee??? On top of that they added an extra $2k for supposedly not having insurace WHICH I DO!!! This company and their employees are a disgrace.
I would give NO stars if I could! This company is terrible. They have the worst customer service imaginable. They talk you into gap insurance but don’t tell you it’s non refundable when it’s time to get the money back. This company is crooked as hell and they need to be shut down. They sold me a car that was only supposed to be in one minor wreck and after I bought the car I noticed that one door was completely different color from the rest of the car. I bought my car from the dealership they own and literally three months later they were out of business. They are seriously the worst company ever. DO NOT USE THEM!
