I went to Covington Credit... I called prior to coming, to check the requirements. They asked for atleast 6months of credit history..Two bills, banking, employment information. -48months, excellent payment history -no utilities owed, proper documents provided -Kaiser Employee, 2 1/2 years -no negative accounts -Not in default of any loans Amount requested could be paid back in one check Status-Denied, Chris advised that I didn’t have enough credit history I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. He was rude, short, showed no empathy and was not confident. The young lady does all of the work, and he just sits back looks at your information for 5mins and makes a decision. That is not the way men conduct business.
Worst staffs. Keep asking back and forth so many times but not willing doing the job.
NEVER AGAIN!!! In order to borrow $300 I had to purchase life and health & accident insurance so the principal added up to $400. When Paul told me I was approved he never mentioned the insurance purchase requirement. He had a rep go over the contract and this is when I found out I was purchasing insurance, they also added a $40 roadside assistance program for my vehicle. They did not tell me this was optional. I own a 2017 vehicle so I didnt need it. Another surprise, the check they wrote wasn't $300 it was $291. When I called for a payoff amount it they told me one price. When I arrived to pay it was $18 more. I basically paid $560 for a $291 loan. smh.The staff was nice though lol
