3/26/19 @ 1224hrs. When you ready to do business with a company you sometime read the reviews to see if the business has been doing in good or bad, some reviews I feel is made up but today I found out myself that all the reviews for this particular 1st Franklin Financial is not all made up. the 3 young ladies in at that location are wonderful, there is one particular who named was not an ounce on majority of the reviews that I read was Mrs. Adrienne Rhodes. she's a wonderful customer service rep. that went through everything professionally, correctly and so friendly. the rep. who I spoke with on the phone was waiting for me to arrive but the time I did I she was on lunch so Mrs. Rhodes was the one that handle my loan. Perfect, Perfect, experienced, knowledgeable, everything you can think of and she's that. I will refer this location to anyone that's in need of a loan. good job keep up work. This is also my first time seeing the owner of a business replying to reviews most people will not reply unless it's another customer trying to explain to you about the business but no this is the owner and a great way to keep up with the business and the customers concern, great job and this will keep you with a A+ with the BBB. have a great day.
