Great location. Great service. Try not to be annoyed by the comments by the store clerk if you bring something in for sale that he thinks isn’t great quality but just a name brand. We aren’t all financially able to buy expensive jewelry or inherit luxury pieces. I try to be nice but it took a bit of restraint to not get upset. Sorry, i didn’t get the memo that KC wasn’t suppose to be bought anymore even if it’s on sale and you like the look. I guess they can afford nicer things than I can. That’s fine. I’m happy they were able to assist me and provide great customer service. Keep it up! Thank you.
I called see if they had bicycles, the manager said yes and they would even adjust the seat for me, but when i got there two of the bicycles gears did not work and the brakes where completely down to nothing on another one. I just walked out of the store. These people are pitiful.
I need a laptop for work and I went in and it first lady was really friendly and helpful and I had a tablet that I was wanting to trade in that I had purchased at another pawn shop a week or so ago or I would have just paid cash either one is fine with me I knew there was going to be a price difference they wasted 20 minutes of my time allowing me to just stand there and then came and handed me my tablet back and told me that the serial numbers were funny on it which is odd because and basically shuffled me out the door even after I told them I have made my choice I wanted to purchase the Samsung laptop and I was more than happy to pay cash and the older top gentleman was very rude and ushered me out the door I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything they suck their rude and the lady helping me actually spit ramen noodles on me by accident and I wasn't even going to acknowledge that until they just did this rude Behavior sucks that's all I'm going to say about this place as it sucks and it's the worst pawn shop I've ever been in my life but if you want to buy some crack outside it's probably a pretty good location
I brought a pressure washer, the guy act like he didn't want to help me and when I was dealing with the cashier she had a nasty disposition, I will never shop at that particular American pawn.
Ugh. Where do I even begin? No class, manners or anything else. It doesn't take much intelligence to work in a low class pawn shop, and they have their bases covered in that department. If you need a pawn shop, please go to Hill Top Pawn. Class act all the way, and always very kind and professional!
