Good loan company ,BUT do NOT give them your checking account to process payments . I called them to cancel a payment and thought I was done , but instead payment came thru the next day , and now is pending in my account sons Friday , today’s Wednesday . They can’t refund me because it’s pending . Now my rent check was returned and my account is overdrawn because of it , and I paid $175 in fees due to it . Branch manager is either in the meeting , on the phone , or gone for the day , and corporate office doesn’t have an email. It’s a nightmare !!! Get a prepaid card to pay them back , don’t trust them with your checking account number people !!!
Great loan! Staff extremely helpful.
Called in did a over the phone application, I was told I would be called within 30 minutes. I had call back the office a hour later for them to say oh yeah it wasn't approved we will mail you out a letter telling you why. I don't believe I had call back if you say 30min I would expect you to call back to advise me unfortunately we're not able to pricepr the loan. Horrible I regret allowing a hard inquiry with this business.
