Dodged a bullet by not taking a loan here. I spent all day gathering documents after dealing with the application process over the phone, spent money to send a fax (they are in the dark ages, can't accept digital documents and won't print for you) and headed over to finish the paperwork, about 30 minutes from home. Arrived at 4:30 after telling the employee over the phone to expect me. There was one other customer ahead of me in the lobby. They allegedly close at 5pm. I was gruffly told that they wouldn't be able to help because they close at 5. If I wanted to wait they *might* be able to I help. Why not just say you close at 4 if you're so impatient to leave work? Yeah it's a depressingly musty little place, but it's the job you chose. A few hours wasted getting all of that together and driving over, but at least it's just one bad customer service incident and not months of dealing with people like this. As every single one of the other reviews said, the manager is really rude. Definitely not a customer focused business.
If I could give a zero I would!! The office manager is the rudest person I've ever met and talks like you're below her. She doesn't even acknowledge you as a person!! She talks to the co-workers like you're not sitting there. If you're going to turn me down, which is fine by the way, I'm totally okay with a no, tell me, not your coworker, why you're turning me down. Don't talk to me like I'm not even sitting there!! I don't recommend this place at all unless you're looking to be condescended upon and looked down on!
