I stared going to them in May of this year, because I needed some money for my birthday. A lot of places told me NO because I didn’t have a real bank account at the time or because of my credit. But when I went in they worked with me because I been on my job for such a long time and I had my check deposited on a prepaid card they let me take out a loan the next day. I have taken 3 loans out and have paid them off in full each time as soon as they open. Great customer service each time I made a visit.
My first visit here was good Mrs. Virginia was really nice and fast she made sure I understood the terms of the loan an provided good customer service until it was time for my first payment the company took the money out of my account without speaking with me first and it was put in writing that I would walk my payment in before close of business day on the due date I overally just didnt think that was right an or professional to do so after it was told I would walk the payment in.
Went around 2:00 PM to request a 200 dollar loan and the doors were locked. They lady inside said they weren't opening back up because they "met their quota for the day" ????? I guess try to go as early as possible. I think the place opens at 10AM Except on Sundays then they're not open.
They want too much just to get pre qualified.
The parking is terrible and it needs to be relocated somewhere else
