Good loan company. Have received a loan from them on multiple occasions. Each time, they were professional and courteous. Having used other loan companies in the past, I would recommend this one.
When ask to remove my child’s cell number (his personal phone for two years) they were extremely rude telling me I needed to have my “niece” to remove the number. I have no nieces in GA. I called back asking to speak to someone in authority and was sent to exactly same OBNOXIOUS female that had called and hung up on me. I only gave one because 0 wasn’t an option.
A relative used my phone number as a reference on their loan and now this company calls me day after day. Multiple times a day. While I'm at work most of the time. This has gone on for months. I've told them I passed on the message. Nothing more I can do. If you use this place be aware that whoever's number you give them will be called non stop if you ever miss payments.
Yea when I get them paid off no more they don't know how to treat people the mgr really don't need to be mgr
Do not get a loan from these people they call you the day the loan is due to see when you will make the payment. Never late with the payment but you feel the need to always call the day payment is due. When I'm late or consistently late ten call me not the day of. I will NEVER EVER recommend get a loan from this place
