Poor customer service. My original post was removed. This credit Union closed my account without sending me any notifications due to their inability to provide customer service and lack of support to answer questions. I have been bank with HALLCO Credit Union ever since then and love them.
This is a very personable and professional bank and often recommend it to my family and friends.
I appreciate this credit union more than they can know. After losing our home and farm, we were able to start rebuilding our credit thanks to Lanier giving us a chance by giving us a car loan. The Christmas cash loans have also been a God send the past couple of years. I am so thankful for them and the kind staff at both locations. Truly a blessing!
Love this place! No fees, every banker knows the names of me and my family. They are very helpful and intentional with their customers.
