OneMain Financial in McDonough, Georgia

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH BECKY AND ONE MAIN FINANCIAL. I WAS LITERALLY HARASSED FOR MY SENSITIVE INFORMATION AFTER I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE BECAUSE SHE KEPT SAYING TO UPLOAD TAXES, BANK STATEMENTS, LEASING AGREEMENT ETC. THEN WHEN I UPLOAD SHE SAYS THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THE ITEMS. THEN SHE SAYS EMAIL THE ITEMS, I EMAILED AND SHE STATED HER SYSTEM IS SLOW AND SHE DID NOT RECEIVE THE SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS???? I CLEARLY HAVE A RECEIPT FROM EMAIL THAT THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED. I DECLINED THEIR UNSECURED LOAN OPTIONS WITH THEIR COMPANY AFTER THIS HAPPENED AND IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THIS BRANCH IS ON DRUGS OR SERIOUSLY DEFRAUDING CONSUMERS AFTER THEY GET YOUR INFO. I HAVE A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT FROM THEM AND WATCHING MY CREDIT CLOSELY FOR ANY FRAUD. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU HAVE COMPANIES LIKE ONE MAIN FINANCIAL SOLICITING CONSUMERS FOR SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND THEN GIVING HARD WORKING CITIZENS THE RUN AROUND. IVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU (CFPB) TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND FOR AN INVESTIGATION TO BE LAUNCHED ON THIS BRANCH OR THE WHOLE COMPANY FOR THAT MATTER IM JUST WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. IM ALSO GOING TO THE NEWS CHANNEL I-TEAM AND MAKE A COMPLAINT AS WELL. I REALLY FEEL VIOLATED WITH THESE PEOPLE HAVING MY INFORMATION AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE NO OTHER CONSUMER HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS

I was online looking for a consolation loan on a website and received a call from one main financial here in Henry county and was told I was approved for a loan. They then tell me to come out to complete the loan and then told me I was just denied once I came into the building despite what I was told over the phone. That was first experience I then weeks later again applied online not to them but another company but they called me back once again the same branch and I explained to the gentleman my last experience with them and he assured me once I provide what they asked for I would be approved for the loan. I was reluctant based on prior experience so I left it alone. I received a call next morning Brock Becky saying that all I had to do was supply the necessary documents which I did and to come in so I left work to come 30 miles there. As soon as I walked in the door I get the same strange look then was sat in room by myself after they have copied all my sensitive information for the second time then come in and tell me I was denied once again and look for a letter in the mail. I think I wasn’t supposed to look the way I do and actually get approved everything I provided is what the requested but upon arrival I think I might look too ethnic for them despite I qualified. Until I didn’t qualify anymore for some strange reason. Once I get there in person. Will be complaining about discrimination to the state don’t do business with this branch. I’m sure they all don’t operate like that but this one sure seems too. Total waste of time energy and just data collections. #theracistbranch

So far so good they helped me with my financial needs as far as paying off my debts
