Called numerous times and nobody has picked up the phone
I went in this place to get a loan. I first noticed the office if you could call it that, was very drab, dark and looked like an unprofessional fly by night place. Then the black woman in the front was very crass. She had no personality and acted as if she was doing me a favor by getting my business. She couldn't or wouldnt pronounce my name right which is otto pronounced (auto), so when I corrected her she gathered a nasty attitude. At which time I wanted to walk out but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She then called for a credit reference and mispronounced my name again when i corrected her again, I began to become agitated as the person on the phone corrected her concerning my name. She needs some personal skills when dealing with the public. Anyway she told me i was turned down for a loan. Boy, was relieved, I was glad to get out of that rinky dink rat hole of a business, drove next door to Sunset Finance where I was treated like a customer and got my loan.
Excellent service. Great staff. Works with you on loans and usually approved in a couple hours.
