Outside of a few issues in the beginning everything is running smoothly and they are actually pretty good people. They make doing business really easy and they have worked with me on several occasions when I have needed them to.
This place is great! They dont always make it to the phones on fridays after 5pm. Besides that they are great! They put me on a set term loan. No hidden fees, I knew what I was paying and for how long. The vehicle I got the loan for is out of service and wont run, after getting a report from a certified mechanic they allowed me to change my "ins" coverage so I would not have to pay as much. I will be back next time I need a loan. Never had a problem making a payment or with them at all in the 3 years i been with them.
Hands down some of the best staff! Taylor is amazing. Everyone is always so welcoming when I come inside. Ignore the bad reviews obviously they are just mad.... I have had several cars and this is the best finance company around.
I'm just trying to make a payment for my daughter. There's an employee (J...) who is VERY rude, disrespectful and nasty. I DON'T UNDERSTAND how she STILL has a job. She speaks over you and then HANGS UP on you, while in the middle of a sentence. I THANK You Lord for changing my ways cause I would have been there to CONFRONT her, back in the day. People like that, you have to take to the ALTAR AND LEAVE THEM THERE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE!!! With ALL of these BAD reviews, how can they STILL be in business???
My car was turned off because proper update wasnt noted of my insurance change nd my car is cut off & no way to contact anyone !!! This is ridiculous they need sum type of 1800 number for emergency.. It could be a life a death situation and people are being left stranded when its not there fault with these mishaps
