Great customer service love dealing with Derek and the ladies. I have had a great experience with little to no issues, they have been so helpful and understanding and willing to work with me we needed. I love that if I have a brain fart that month they reach out to me and remind me. I would recommend the company and more importantly this office to any friend or family member whom needed any help. They have assisted me with help in raising my credit score, loan when when needed. the office also during tax season is able to file taxes for you. almost a one stop shop. Thank you Derek and Ladies for making my experience with your office great.
Their customer service is decent. They give you the money via check and if you are late they call you a million times a day and often from different numbers. I would not recommend them unless you are in dire need of funds.
Lets see here where do I start .your employee is sick with the flu and is contagious and has Dr notes for the days out and you fire them because you would rather them come to work and potentially get customers and fellow employees sick . but we all know the real reason . you bought out sun loan and are beginning to get rid of their employees you hired on for any reason because you no longer need them to help you get all your new accounts in order. Worst company ever in my book. And right before Christmas none the less and no this isn't the location in lithia springs ga . that just happens to be the one I'm close to at the moment.
