I was denied alone after having a previous loan that was in good standings regardless of the situation. Felt like I was being targeted because of a previous employee that I knew only from there. I was putting 5,000 towards a vehicle down wanting to borrow about 92-93 hundred dollors, with holding the title to a vehicle that was worth 20 to 25 thousand. my score wasn't tip top by no means. But I had a previous loan with them in the amount of 7 to $8,000 . plus two small loans over an outstanding payment history credit score between 500 and 600. Very disappointed in the establishment and won't come back. FYI I fell on some hard times and had some serious health problems prior to that I was with one of the largest financial institutions in the world and I don't see any logic in their decision-making but at this point who cares

My fiancée suffered an accident and they were very eager to jump in and assist us with whatever was needed. They also continued to check on him throughout his recovery .
