The staff is very helpful, friendly while in there doing your title pawn. Once your out the door with your money it changes some. Huge mistake and they’re not helpful after you’ve gotten your money and can not in any way make it in before they close to make your payment the day of. My payments are 352 and some change, two days after the payment is due it cost me 394 and change due to their fees they didn’t mention. I had strep throat and a severe upper respiratory infection and didn’t even have a voice when I called and they were not so friendly then since I’d be a day or two late. The dumbest thing I ever did was pawn my title.
This was my first time doing something like this and the staff was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They took the time and explained everything to me. If you're ever in a bind I recommend you go see the folks at TitleMax on West Taylor in Griffin
