Please be careful and run from this company. I am in the process of filing a law suit against them for taking my moms car. She was with this company since the 80's and she had 2 accounts with them up until last year when I stepped in to take over her account. They kept renewing her even after I requested for them not to. She became where she couldn't remember things so I again took over. Well, social security kept her check one month due to errors and I called to explain this to them but cause I got angry and fussed them out, the decided to take my moms car ,remember she was loyal since the 80's. They told me she had to pay for both acts before she could get it back but she only had the car on one act and I know this for a fact because I spoke with the lady who did the loan for her, but now the lady is dead. They also did her wrong in her last days with the company because she told me out of her own mouth, they were mistreating her, put her in the back office after her loyalty to them for years. How these evil people sleep at night, I will never know but what I do know is I am not letting them get away with what they did to my mom.
