They are terrible people. Do not go here at all. They prey on people and your financial struggles when you are close to paying off they always talk you into extending and making it impossible to pay off. As a single mom they really took advantage of me to the point I quit going and let the courts handle it. Best choice I made. Go to the bank. TVA in fort O and they actually report to the credit union and do not just say they do.
I recently did a car loan with this company and the two ladies there are wonderful! I have not had any issues and I will recommend this branch to others!
