Great customer service. I’ve been going to WF in Fayetteville for loan and tax services for about 5yrs . I’ve never had a bad experience. April the manager has always been beyond helpful. I just recently went in for a loan and I believe the representative to help me name is Erica . She was so sweet and helpful . I would most definitely recommend WF - Fayetteville to my family and friends.
Save yourself the harassment. They are the worst kind of rude, if your one day late on one payment they start harassing you and the people you listed as your references with unlimited harassing phone calls. They make derogatory remarks and belittle you in front of other people. Even their district managers over the managers are rude, disrespectful, and the most unprofessional business I have ever witnessed in my 30 years of a customer service experience. If I could give zero rating, I would. Save yourself the stress and harassment, Don't waste your energy.
