I have been a customer with 1st Franklin from 2014. 1st Franklin has always been there when I needed them. I would like to thank this company for great service in the pass. Today was unbelievable. I went in to complete my loan, I was greeted by one of the customer service representative, whom I try to avoid, She was the only one available. I asked a few questions about the loan. This Customer Service Representative got amazingly mad because I asking questions about a loan that I needed to understand. I was so upset that I was unable to ask all the questions that I needed to ask. I also signed a day early throwing off my pay days, This loan signing has been the worst ever. The Other Customer Service Representative are excellent, Robin, Robin K, Carla, Theodore and Kalse. Thanks for great service in the pass. But today was the worst service ever! I was shaking when I got to my car, I have never been treated so nasty for asking questions about a loan that I will have to pay back. Customer Service Reps. Are PAID to assist customers with questions. The Fayetteville Office has always had a high level of quality service, I use this office for its high standard of service. Please keep this high quality standard. I hope that I will never have to see or deal with the person that subjected me to harsh treatment for asking questions. This person was nice nasty, using a smile to be nasty. My Check was handed to me with a hard push toward me, with a nice nasty smile. No Thank you or ask for repeated service. I had to ask what bank should I use? Just poor poor service. I was truly disrespected today . **This Customer Service Rep My be hurting your companies bottom line!!! Feeling very hurt. I will share this review and post on all my social media so that family, friends and Coworker can avoid being treated harshly by the worlds worst Customer Service Rep. I wouldn’t wish that treatment on anyone. I will need therapy before going back to that office, I just don’t understand why I was treated so poorly. I wish everyone better service than I had. I don't know the agents name so i did not state one, But when I find out her name i will update this review. ** Update** Once Again quality of services has truly gone down!!! After being a great customer for 5Years, I was reported to all 3 credit Bureau for being late on my payments. I paid the Payments on 9/17 both payments and with late fees and was reported to the all 3 credit Bureau on 9/20. Now granted I was late. I never received any phone calls about the payments. Now for 5years I have always received a phone call about payments and reminders to make my payments ,So yes I wait until I get the call and than I Pay, remember I have being doing this for 5 years. No Call I Forget to Pay. When I was called on 9/17/2019 I paid every dime that was outstanding. But was still reported to all 3 credit Bureaus. This was the second sign to not do business with this company and find a new way of doing business. I would just like to think who ever reported my account to the credit Bureau!! Because Now I have seen the light on this company they don't care about customers, Just making money off customers. 5YEARS AS A Customer... But No More I'm done as a Customer. Your Company will Miss My Interest Payments. like I said before your employees hurt your bottom line.
