Rude people and they take money out of your bank account without consent even when your payment is all ready made by another transaction. Also, when they promise to return the money that was unlawfully taken, they don’t. You have to threaten to get lawyers after them before they will honor their word. More than once this has happened to people who use their services.
I have a loan with 1st Franklin in Eatonton Ga. The ladies that work in that branch are very professional and always go out of the way to help. They have been so nice and I look forward to doing more business with them.
