This place has horrible service and are very unhelpful. Them seem like they don't like their job and they have no sense of customer service. I went to this place to cash a check from my insurance company. I called before I went up there and asked them about the check. He told me that I should be fine, they just need to verify and thats it. So I went and the lady (Elisa) and her manager (Tom C. at the Cleveland location) there didn’t cash the check because they said their upper management was not available because it was after 4:30pm. So I go back to the place today and now the general manager said she couldn’t authorize it because the girl from yesterday said I signed the check before I got there. I told her that was a lie but she’s like he was supposed to call the GM yesterday and she was available. All in all, they were unhelpful beyond belief. They were lazy and didn't want to work. Bless they poor little hearts and minds, this was a wonderful experience for me because it showed me just how much patience I really have. I didn't disrespect these people at all. So now I'm writing this review so that others will know what their walking into. Not a good place, not a good business, and no one likes this kind of treatment. Especially lying employees.
