I just wanted to tell you what a positive experience I had at your Pleasant Hill, Duluth GA location today. My apartment had lost my rent check and was threatening eviction if I didn't pay immediately but the Acct# and receiver code# that they had given me weren't working in the system. Your employee Miss Shirell was very patient and helpful talking me through the process and waiting while I called the rental manager to verify the numbers. She really went above and beyond in customer service for me and on a very frustrating day I really appreciated it.
