I have been a World Finance customer for at least 10 years, so this is not a post out of angry, but out of disappointment. I have been through some issues and my payments have been late, but I ALWAYS pay and get my account up to date. I asked for a renewal and I was brought into the office for a meeting with the Manager. This meeting was done in front of all the staff members and other customers. No, I was not yelled at, but why would I discuss my problems in the open? It was very unprofessional. I felt like a child during the whole process. There needs to private consultation for customers, so they can talk freely and openly. Some of staff members laugh in your face and over the phone at your situation. Training and professionalism is key. And I feel that I did not receive that courtesy as a long customer.
The staff is friendly helpful and most importantly informative about all their products and plans. I've been dealing with world finance for several years and I have not received any kind of disrespect or poor customer service. I am very happy to do business with these wonderful ladies. Keep up the good work world finance crew!!!
