At this branch Jeana (Not too sure if thats the correct spelling) , one of the staff is not willing to help AT ALL. She is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about her own career at this branch. I wonder why she would take over a job she cant handle. She just responds to all your questions the same way with unclear answers just to get rid of you. DO NOT GO THERE!

The staff in the Decatur The staff in the Decatur, Ga office is very rude and unprofessional. The representative Mark needs to be trained in customer service. As a new customer, it was a horrible experience dealing with this office, especially Mark. I don’t know how he is allowed to treat customers with such disrespect. Horrible attitude!
