They did everything right. They were very friendly and polite and made me feel comfortable from the moment I entered their office. I would recommend them to anyone.
I despise this company. Why am I receiving a court summons for a loan that's been paid off?! Do not bother with this company! There's another place just a few doors down and insanely easier to work with.
I had the best experience it was quick and simple everything was explained to me and it didn't take but a day to get approved the financial charges are reasonable will use them again in the future and its building my credit!
The service was quick and the office representative was thorough and very detailed.
Credit isn't stellar (mid 600s) but Mariner came through for me. Vicky at the Cumming office is a pleasure to work with. They were able to approve me for a $1500 loan over 18 months that really pulled me out of a jam. Be advised that the interest on these loans is high since theyre a sub prime lender, but that is the cost of having bad/weak credit. I choose to make my payments over the phone every month as there is a record of the transaction via recording. Gave 5 stars eventhough the application process was a bit intense (they ask a TON of questions up front, but for good reason). They also build in some weird insurance into the loan up front which was kind of awkward to have to ask for it to be taken out. These are just policies that help pay for the loan in case of injury or death. Overall, the experience was relatively hassle free and I am greatful to Mariner for taking the risk on me when nobody else would.
