The women who work here are absolutely some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I called they answered the phone by saying this is Kathy, I had to make sure I dialed the right number. I’ve always dealt with this company to get loans but after the service I received I don’t recommend that any one come here.
I had an absolutely horrible experience here. The person that helped me had an incredibly negative attitude. They wanted to charge me more than double my small loan amount. Pushing sales is all they care about and yes I understand that is thier job, but you can at least be polite about it. I made an appointment and they tried to rush me out. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.
I have had the best experience with World Finance. I truly appreciate all the hard work and team effect they have shown me.. Thanks again ladies.
i pretty much love my loan company....if im late they dont trip and haress as long as you contact them....been dealin with them since 2013....never had a problem with attitude. love mrs robin she's amazing.. and so sweet..although i do suggest dont do your taxes there....just my personal opinion ..felt like i couldve gotten more then what i got...and fees are extremely high with filin taxes....they are with loans too...but then again what you expect for a loan company....
I like my loan company and they are a very big help.
