Cost me $444.00 to have me taxes done for this year. No complications and sent my son in and had his done too. Then when i got my ck it was almost a hundred short. Of course they said it was the IRS FAULT. WAS NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT REFER NOR RETURN.
They need to smile at this location, they are rude and have all of these excuses as to why they have to ask you all of the same questions every time you renew. I have been a customer here since before the building burned and they say Stefani Wade says they have no idea how long I have been a customer and they cannot take insurance that is not required off of a loan unless the manager is here. How Can you run a business this way. When I asked her why she didn't smile, she Told me that she always gets the highest marks on smiling, I have never seen anyone in this office smile and be friendly. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favor, we are paying for these loans and since I have never failed to make my payment I would at least like to see a smile.
I just took my business elsewhere. I was already approved for a loan and went in to sign the paperwork and Stephanie said my husband couldn't sit beside me while I sign the papers. Don't ever go to these poor excuse of a business.
