Everybody is friendly for the most part. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because today, instead of calling my cell phone or any of my references, they skipped straight to calling MY JOB. Completely rude and inappropriate when there are other ways to get a hold of me. The employee told me he had tried to call and my number was disconnected. BULL. My phone is very much connected and regardless You still could call my references instead of embarrassing your so called “valued customer” by calling their job. Mind you I’m still within the month that my payment is due, so I think it’s completely uncalled for. I never had a bad experience with them until today. Once I am paid out, I probably won’t be returning.
They are good about making loans if you meet their income requirements, their office manager is pleasant and helpful, but their other staff and closure of loan procedures leave a lot to be desired. Once you pay off your loan it can take months to get your title back and is often at your expense.
This place is a joke!!! All they do is take advantage of people in there time of need. Then they HARASS you all the time. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!
