Worst pawning experience ever. They definitely did not live up to their quote of "providing world-class customer service." I pawned my guitar there and was making payments every month until I could get it paid off completely. I went there ON my payment due date to make my monthly payment and there was a guy in the store holding and looking to buy my guitar! There was a tag on the guitar that said "Call before pulling" obviously they did not call me or they would have known that I was coming to make my payment that day like I do every month. After that indecent, I made I got the money to pay off the guitar as soon as possible. I went up there to pay for the guitar and they lost the key to my guitar case! I had to take the guitar and case to a locksmith to get them to open the case and now I don't have a key to my guitar case. Needless to say I will never be giving them my business again. They cannot be trusted with sentimental items and do not do what they say they are going to do.
