I am not a fan at all. I had 1 car loan through them several years ago and most recently they offered a great rate for another purchase. I voiced my dislike for this company with the dealership but pushed forward anyway. However, as soon as my first payment was due... I was reminded why I absolutely despise working with this company. Their website lacks the technology or amount of info that most car loan websites have. It takes several days to apply a payment. It's basically like working with a company that is stuck in the 50s as far as technology is concerned. I have decided to move my loan elsewhere.
This has been the best company I have ever financed a vehicle with. Everything about this company has been nothing but professional. I also pay my payment on time with autopay which makes it that much easier on both myself and the company for sure. Every time I have called with either a question or a concern they treat you like family and are super nice and very respectful, from what I can gather about the negative reviews would be people being rude and not getting their way. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Keep up the good work y’all rock.

Absolutely horrible. Can't make payments online without getting a headache. And then when a payment does not go through they fail to notify you and hit you with a late fee. Then when you call to make things right as a valuable customer that never misses a payment, they have no intention of giving you a break and dropping the late fee. Oh, and they also charge a $7 CONVENIENCE fee for payments online!! How convenient is it to have the payment not go through and get hit with a $15 late fee on top of your monthly payment...? No thanks. I've taken my business elsewhere. You might want to consider and find better as well because I promise....anything is better than this!!
Only giving it one star because it doesn’t go to negative stars. Set up auto pay on wife's car and wanted to pay extra toward principal each month. Well one month later and no check for principal has been processed. No one knows anything upon calling and emails have not been sent. How does this company stay in business with customers service like this.
