Bought 3 items from here and had to take back two items back because they stopped working within 7 days. Luckily I bought a 15 day warranty, which is recommended if you buy anything from here. Now the second heater stopped working too.
Never answer the phone... Never answer! Finally when somebody picked up, my call drop and they never answer it again, I can post the screen shot of my outgoing calls to them and show that they never picked up. I moved out of town and was trying to see what's going on with my item, can I send somebody to come get it or etc. Nobody picked up the damn phone now I don't know nothing about my item. They ghetto mess is ridiculous and I will take it to a further step. That's a promise.
Went in the store on 6-19-19 At 12:15 . found a tool i wanted and stood in line to ask price. Was told after the lady took it from me give me 10 or 15 min I'll find out the price. She put it under the counter. I will never shop at cash American again. Was going to spend around $2500 today. Oh well. Customer service at the old national hwy needs improved
