The cashier was extremely helpful and nice.
This place is a joke . The older lady that works behind the counter is on the phone the whole time she is conducting business. I went there to receive a money gram for $1900 and she refused to let me receive it. At first she said the money had a hold on it then she said she couldn't do it because both of my last names where not on the transaction. So I politely went to a different location and they did it. I went back the following week to try to cash a money order written to me and again she couldn't do it. Bottom line, dont waste your time going here because they will treat you as if you are a thief. I would not reccomend this business to anyone that is seriously trying to handle business. I wish I could have gave 0 stars.
There was an old lady who was very stubborn, she did not listen to my issue because she thought she knew what she was doing, when I tried explaining to her she threw her hand up at me, signaling me to stop talking, which I found extremely rude. She ended up getting my NEW card reported as stolen when I had already reported my card stolen previous to arrival of the location. Once I explained to her what she had done, she showed no remorse for her actions and directed me to “just call and ask them to send another one” NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING!!! I AM DISGUSTED
