My husband has banked here since he was 14 or 15 years old and I have banked here since 2009. The staff is always very friendly and remembers our names. That's is the only positive thing about this bank. I have been charged overdraft fees several times for no reason and still have a positive balance after the overdraft fee has been taken out. I have also noticed that they will rearrange the way transactions are entered so that deposits are recorded last and they can charge you an overdraft fee, even though the deposit was made first and the charges were made after. I have seen it happen several times. I know the account will be close and keep an eye on it. In the morning the transactions come over organically and everything is fine, but by 11am all the transactions have been rearranged and we have been charged fees for going in the negative, even though we really didn't. We've also had our card numbers stolen and then our account hacked back into several times after that because they only changed the last four digits of the card number and didn't even bother to change the pin until we had been robbed of over $1000. We were reimbursed for the fraudulent charges, but I am considering changing banks. The only reason I haven't is because I think most banks are the same and will probably also create reasons to charge you extra fees.
Why are you gonna close at 4??? This is why no one banks here anymore!! You open at 9 and close at 4, a “normal” working person, who needs a bank, is not gonna be able to get there in time!! THIS GOES OUT TO ALL BANKS!! STOP CHARGING PEOPLE WHO DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO CASH A CHECK THAT IS ISSUED BY THAT BANK!!
