Oh my God. If it was possible to rate 0 I would. I purchased a vehicle from a kind man who had leaned his title out here. Half of the money he originally asked for the car actually went to paying off the title. We did it in the building together and I got the receipt and was told it should arrive in the mail in about 14 days.... 50+ days later and it STILL HASNT COME I literally had to call a tag office who then had to call the state to find out why the title isn’t making it to the complete cash store. Because they couldn’t do it themselves. So then the lady there suggested her filing a lean release, getting it notarized, giving the paperwork to the man who still owns the title, and him and I go to the local court house to get a new title. Except she still hasn’t filled out her paperwork. I’m sitting on a car with expired tags and no title to get a new tag. I would get temp tags but they only last 45 days... it’s already been over 50. How much longer am I going to have to wait on this extremely unprofessional establishment? Oh and the “be back in five” handwritten notes on the door whenever I come to check on things is also real nice. Thanks for that
