My experience have been horrible. Do not go if you are a single woman.TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEAK. I came in paid off a loan only to be ask to do another. I did another because of the holiday season because it would be just 5payments. Only to be screwed and taken advantage of. Not only did the manager accept my payment for my previous loan he also put my new loan with my old loan making me pay more than what I walked out the door with. So I loan that was only 180ish turns out to be 350ish because he did the paper work faulty. They are clueless up there and do not communicate with one another. The manager is nonchalant and doesn't care how consumers feel even when they are the ones who did the mistake. Deserves NO STARS
i had the pleasure dealing with a wonderful lady named Hope. she answered every questioned i asked and not once acted like she didn't care. she takes her job seriously. i would give it more stars if they gave me the choice, way beyond 5 stars to me.
Ms. Hope is the best! She never made me feel ashamed if I had to be late.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION!! There is a new lady at this location name Tonya. She is very rude and far from professional. She explained to me that if she does not get at least one complaint a week then she is not doing her job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. it does not even deserve one star.
