Customer service skills are lacking...I paid my loan off about 3 months early ,because I literally hate to call and pay...They answer the phone in a rough tone like it was an inconvenience ,mind you I didn't go apply for this loan a check was sent to me and I call them to verify it was legit... I used it to pay construction workers that was fixing a house I flipped. I received a receipt in the mail stating I over paid but the person who answered stated I didn't..and I did not want to debate
Service loan is one of the worst loan companies in Augusta, Georgia. I absolutely hate going downtown to pay my pay at this company. Their customer service skills are horrible. Even the assistant manager talks down on customers. Also, Shawnna has the worst attitude that I have every experience as a customer service representative. If you need extra time to pay your bill, do not expect service loan to provide you with that extra time. Certain circumstances may happen and you may need extra time to pay. Service loan can care less about your personal experience. I will never receive a loan for this company again!
