Fast accurate always smiling trying to give me the dollar amount I desire keep it up!!!
If I could give a zero I would. I’ll start off by saying the customer service is horrible. I did an application a week ago on a Saturday the lady working told me that it would be Monday before I heard anything. I never got a call or anything. I call today and they could not find my application. So we proceed to do another app by phone. I’ve had a loan with World Finance before and have always paid off and on time. I only needed this small loan for about 3 weeks as I will be closing on a house. The representative told me that she would call me back within an 1hr 30min. But who is counting, I know how busy the days can get. Well this was at 9:50am. No call back all day. I called the office to check the status @5pm. I asked the status and the lady said it was denied based on delinquency on my credit report. I told her thank you and hung up. Now, I keep a close eye on my credit being that I’ve had some fraudulent activity in the past. My accounts are completely up to date. I called back and spoke to the Tameka. I asked her was I denied due to delinquency when all of my accounts are current. Theres nothing on my report that shows delinquent. NOTHING! Not to mention they can see that any and every time I have done business with them it has been paid and on time! I also asked her why the rep that took my info couldn’t call me and tell me. Why did I have to call? She began to over talk me because she had no answers for the statement she said saying have delinquent accounts. And that it’s company policy to NOT CALL A PERSON BACK WHEN THEY ARE NOT APPROVED!! That’s the worst customer service policy ever! She also stated that she doesn’t have to tell me why I wasn’t approved that they will send a letter in the mail. However she already stated, even though untrue, the reason I was denied. So I was just asking her to clarify especially since I’m looking at my credit report as I was speaking to her. She has no answer and began to over talk me. Which is the first sign that a person is wrong. I do good business and at the end of the day World Finance is a business. It starts with customer service. Second of you your going to deny someone do it based on facts. If I ask you a question answer it respectfully. I can’t stand ghetto customer service. Sitting on the phone telling me what “you don’t have to do”! Your a bunch of liars and don’t feel like doing work!! Don’t send me anymore advertisements! Do not go to this branch!! They clearly don’t want revenue for this branch either!! The manager there must be horrible!!! Absolutely disgusting!!
This place has horrible. They approved me for a loan based off my income and told me to bring some paperwork back. When I came back with the paper work they had lost or shredded, more than likely my other paperwork after I had kept in communication with them that I would be back today. After all of this, the lady who was helping me told me that I couldn't get the loan after I had already been APPROVED. This place needs better order and a better system of how they do things because that was unprofeessional. They inconvenienced me by wasting my time. So my suggestion is if you need a loan I wouldn't come to this place.
