This company is very unprofessional. I was accused of not working at my job of almost 7 years. I was yelled at and Couldn’t get a word in because they continued to over talk me. Everyone needs to be retrained or fired
Go in cause calling them make them sound rude.
I had the worst experience with this company that I have ever had with any other company. They asked all of their questions and I was answering them. However when I asked why I need to give them some of the information , WHICH I THINK I HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK, they were EXTREMELEY rude, huffing and puffing over the phone and didn’t even explain why. They were just yelling on the phone as to why I had to know. Um, I don’t know, I think that’s my right to knows. They questioned me in my job after I simply explained it a million times. And when I asked why they were asking for certain information, they got snooty and hung up on me. I would never recommend this loan center to anyone. Everyone in that place doesn’t care about their customers and the supervisor doesn’t know how to control her anger.
Sure you can get a loan if no one else will loan but you get it at a price. No matter how good a history you have with payment, get behind and they are ruthless. Doesn't matter if the reason is something beyond your control they dont care. Deadbeats or people just experiencing a run of bad luck youre all the same. Get a loan with them just pay it off quickly.
