The worst customer service I’ve dealt with makes Comcast look good. They lie and do not fix any problems as in mine where autopay has failed three consecutive times due to a “system update”. They just repeat we apologize and trying to put you on hold. There is no way to contact any supervisor/manager. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on. Another time I asked for a supervisor I was transferred to another “assistant” as they call them. Would not recommend
I was shopping for exercise equipment Christmas time an went to Proform and was going to get an elliptical and applied for financing and Fortiva popped up with $4000 so I purchased the item haven’t had one issue paid the card off used the app or logged in online and never experienced a problem was able to make payment easily and they applied to the balance each month. I would use them again. Now they have tried to get me to take their visa/MasterCard but they have way to high of fees and I don’t pay fees like that. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Ran my credit twice and got 2 inquires on my credit. They had 2 separate applications when I only applied once for ONE CARD. They would not fix. Will never do business with this company !!!! NEVER!!! They said they couldn't do anything. I work for a Credit Card company. I know they can send dispute on their own from their company but I had to go and deal with the headache of doing this on all 3 of my Credit Reports. when it was their mistake.
I would have to say the customer service is one of the worst they're hard to understand and very rude! I made a payment on nov 27th and it is now Dec 4th and they still have not released the funds checked my bank and they finally took money on 2nd of December and so I called to find out why I am not able to use and I was told on the 3rd that it would be available on 5th cke today and still not available so I called and then was told it could be 5 more days before available! Would like to warn people to be aware!! Wish I would have read reviews before I signed up!!
Im not going to remove the reviews but I will give a new one they did fix the problem. But there never should have been a problem the account was paid in full before the 12 month and I still have an overpayment of 142.30$ Wow got a call from fortiva they said they would fix it. I will remove the reviews if they do. Shysters liars cheats fraudulent business practices dont use stay far away from fortiva retail credit they lie they post fraudulent Bill's on you say they will fix it then charge triple the fraudulent amount I guess I paid them off too fast they didnt like that so they threw 224.00$ on me mind you after it was paid off in 1 month time . They are no good . Reported to the federal trade commission and better business bureau.....
