The female there is completely rude! They dont even deserve 1 star!
Upon my arrival I used there pen to sign my check and when the lady came to the counter. She advised me she couldn't cash my check because I signned it already. The same signature is on my Georgia id. She was very rude and said she was the manager. I advised her I rode a uber here and this id affecting my family and she had no empathy. This is bad for business and I know if I was mexican like the all the workers and other guest that was being served...I would have been served. Im going to corporate with my complaint.
Don’t go there their prices to cash a check is $20 which is ridiculous and they don’t tell you the fee until after the cash your check. I’ve been coming there for awhile and never paid more than $8 to get my check cashed from there. They always have these new policies that they only make aware to you after you’ve already signed the check and have no choice. I will never come back again and I suggest no one else does unless you’re trying to get scammed out of your money.
I understand security but they use it to be rude and make unreasonable requests.. go to Walmart
I've been going to this location for at least 10 years. Me and my daughter have accounts there and she was trying to get her jury duty check cashed and the girl there denied her because we signed it before we got to the location. Will never go back!
